Our Sunny Skies Birthdays for FEBRUARY
Jack G. will be 3 on February 8th.
Pierce C. will be 5 on February 22nd.
Evangeline K. will be 2 on February 25th.
Ian M. will be 3 on February 26th.
Ms. Christine's birthday is February 16th.
We LOVE birthday parties. You are welcome
to send in birthday treats on your child's special day!
SPECIAL NOTES AND REMINDERS:
DO NOT LEAVE CASH IN THE TUITION BOX, please give it to a staff member.

Parents: When you use a vacation day please check our tuition rate for the correct amount that will be owed for the days of attendance. Many of you are dividing your current rate by the number of days your child attends this is incorrect. ( the more days your child attends in a week the more of a discount there is worked into your tuition rate.)
With the flu season heavily upon us many children are experiencing fevers. Please, we ask your assistance in not bringing back a sick child who has been medicated with a fever reducer. This only subjects the rest of the center to the illness. Remember we have a 24 hour fever free rule. Your cooperation is greatly needed and appreciated.

We are having a CONTEST for the week of February 8th - 12th. Ms. Jodi is combining PK & OT together and YT & PS together. For the entire week your classroom goal is to earn as many points as possible. Everyday your child wears: Red, Pink, or White your child's classroom gets a point. The team at the end of the week with the most points gets a prize!

Friday, February 12th we are celebrating Valentines Day by watching a Love Movie, passing out Valentine Cards and Eating Mc Donalds, $3 per child. (due by Wednesday, February 10th. please pay your McDonalds separate from your tuition )We encourage Valentine cards to be passed out to your child's classroom. See your teachers for the list of names for your child's room! We are making special bags for Valentines!! Treats for our special day are welcomed.

MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD HAS A CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN THEIR BOX.

If your child will not be in for the day please call us by 10 a.m. to let us know.

Parents: Remember to bring in snow pants, mittens, hats and boots for your child with their names on them. Children go outside if the temperature is 32 degrees or warmer including the wind chill factor. If your child isn't well enough to go out, they should not be at the center. Bring shoes to change into if they wear boots to the center.

Parents: Please save all of your receipts. We do not give end of year tax forms.

Any parent who refers a family to any of the 4 Sunny Skies locations will receive a Free vacation day for each family when that child enrolls and begins at our center.

FOR FUTURE PLANNING: let Ms. Jodi know if your family is interested in our "SUMMER PROGRAM" ages 6 years and older at our Grove location in Clawson. We would like to begin booking field trips.
Let Ms. Jodi know if your child has had any Immunization updates or physicals.
Please allow plenty of time when picking up your child, since road conditions may be unpredictable during these winter months. We close promptly at 6 p.m. ($1 per minute late fee.)
