We are now in our 32nd year of providing safe, reliable
and loving care for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years!
Our Grove facility is licensed for 74 children. It was at
one time an Elementary School building owned by the Clawson
Schools. We began in this facility in 1979 and, after a seven
year stay, were transferred to another one of Clawson's school
buildings, Baker Elementary, where we stayed for 22 years.
When the Clawson school system determined they needed the
rooms for their own purposes, we were lucky enough to be able
to return here to Grove Elementary. We upgraded tile, carpeting,
paint, sinks and toilets. This is a wonderful, very "school-like"
setting that the children and parents love! We offer individual
classrooms for infants, young toddlers, older toddlers, preschool
,Pre-Kindergarten. While we have our own fenced in, kid-friendly
playground, the children are excited to walk across the street
to the Clawson city park for extra fun. We also take advantage
of the park and have parent pot-luck gatherings!
Ms. Tammy is our director and fiercely proud of what we do
here at Sunny Skies. She would love to show you her center
and all the wonderful activities that we have in store for
you and your child.
