For over 14 years our Sunny Skies doors
were open in Royal Oak at the corner of 11 Mile Road and Main,
where now stands a loft apartment building.
Once we learned our "old" building
was to be demolished, we immediately began a search for a
new location. Although we were fortunate to find our current
location was available for sale, the facility was in disrepair
and would need a complete renovation in order to make it suitable
for our families. After months and months of hard work, which
included all new roof trusses, an addition, new and rebuilt
bathrooms, a paved parking lot, new ceilings, new flooring,
new furnaces, central air and upgraded electrical, we opened
our Huntington Woods center in July, 2005.
Happily, when we made the move we were able to bring every
one of our wonderful families with us!
Come see our center, meet our VERY dedicated teachers and
director Ms Brenda, and experience the Sunny Skies programs
we have developed for your child. Whether your child is an
infant, young toddler, older toddler, preschooler or pre-K,
we have a specific plan for his or her emotional and educational
