Ms.Penny's birthday is February 15th.

send in birthday treats on your child's special day!

SPECIAL NOTES AND REMINDERS:!
Parents: When you use a vacation day please check our tuition rate for the correct amount that will be owed for the days of attendance. Many of you are dividing your current rate by the number of days your child attends this is incorrect. ( the more days your child attends in a week the more of a discount there is worked into your tuition rate.)

With the flu season heavily upon us many children are experiencing fevers. Please, we ask your assistance in not bringing back a sick child who has been medicated with a fever reducer. This only subjects the rest of the center to the illness. Remember we have a 24 hour fever free rule. Your cooperation is greatly needed and appreciated.

It is a state requirement that all children are signed in and out everyday by a PARENT. Continued failure to sign in/out can lead to disenrollment from the center.

We will be having our Valentine's Day Party on Friday, Feb. 12th. The cost will be $2. per child for Pizza and is due by Friday, Feb. 5th. Please look for a sign up sheet of needed items on your child's classroom bulletin board. Please send in enough cards for your child's class, signed with their name. Please do not address the cards individually.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD HAS A CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN THEIR BOX.

Parents: Please remember to bring in snow pants, mittens, hats and boots for your child with their names on them. Children go outside if the temperature is 32 degrees or warmer including wind chill factor. If your child isn't well enough to go out they should not be at the center. Bring shoes to change into if they wear boots to the center.

Items are not being labeled when they are brought into the center. Please label all coats, hats, mittens, toys, lunchboxes, food containers, etc. It's hard to keep track of things when we don't know whom they belong to..

Blankets and sheets need to be put on your child's cot when they come in on Mondays.
Parents: Please remember to save all of your receipts. We do not give end of year tax forms.

FOR FUTURE PLANNING: Please let Ms. Brenda know if your family is interested in our "SUMMER PROGRAM" ages 6 years and older at our Grove location in Clawson. We would like to begin booking field trips.

Any parent who refers a family to any of the 4 Sunny Skies locations will receive a Free vacation day for each family when that child enrolls and begins at our center.

Please allow plenty of time when picking up your child, since road conditions may be unpredictable during these winter months. Our center closes at 6 p.m.
