Our Sunny Skies Birthdays for FEBRUARY
Masen K. will be 2 on February 1st.
Simon S. will be 3 on February 3rd.
Max L. will be 4 on February 4th.
Makenna P. will be 1 on February 10th.
Lily M. will be 1 on February 17th.
Harrison A. will be 3 on February 22nd.
Ms. Penny's birthday is February 15th.
We LOVE birthday parties. You are welcome to
send in birthday treats on your child's special day!
SPECIAL NOTES AND REMINDERS:!
We now have 12 NEW Infant Cribs which brings us into compliance
for the new mandated State guidelines on cribs!!! Take a peek!
Parents: When you use a vacation day please check our tuition
rate for the correct amount that will be owed for the days
of attendance. Many of you are dividing your current rate
by the number of days your child attends this is incorrect.
( the more days your child attends in a week the more of a
discount there is worked into your tuition rate.)
With the flu season heavily upon us many children are experiencing
fevers. Please, we ask your assistance in not bringing back
a sick child who has been medicated with a fever reducer.
This only subjects the rest of the center to the illness.
Remember we have a 24 hour fever free rule. Your cooperation
is greatly needed and appreciated.
We will be having a Super Bowl Tailgate Bash on Friday, February
3rd. The cost for lunch will be $3 due by Monday, January
30th.
To keep our children as healthy as possible, please remember
to remove all shoes when entering the Infant/ Young Toddler
rooms. We appreciate your cooperation.
We will be having our Valentine's Day Party on Tuesday, Feb.
14th. The cost will be $2 per child for Pizza and is due by
Thursday, February 9th. Please look for a sign up sheet of
needed items on your child's classroom bulletin board. Please
send in enough cards for your child's class, signed with their
name. Please do not address the cards individually.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD HAS A CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN THEIR
BOX.
We are running very low on extra clothes for those children
who have accidents. Please check to see if any of our spare
clothes have made it to your home and please return. If you
have any clothes to donate we would greatly appreciate it.
Parents: Remember to bring in snow pants, mittens, hats and
boots for your child with their names on them. Children go
outside if the temperature is APPROX. 32 degrees including
wind chill factor. If your child isn't well enough to go out
they should not be at the center. Bring shoes to change into
if they wear boots to the center.
Look for information for our Vision Screening this month,
for all children over 4 years old.
Parents: Please remember to save all of your receipts. We
do not give end of year tax forms.
Any parent who refers a family to any of the 4 Sunny Skies
locations will receive a Free vacation day for each family
when that child enrolls and begins at our center.
Please allow plenty of time when picking up your child, since
road conditions may be unpredictable during these winter months.
Our center closes at 6 p.m. Late Fee is $1 per minute.
