Ms. Heidi's birthday is February 14th.
Ms. Melanie's birthday is February 19th.We LOVE birthday parties.
You are welcome to send in birthday treats on your child's
special day!
SPECIAL NOTES AND REMINDERS:
We now have 12 NEW Infant Cribs which brings us into compliance
for the new mandated State guidelines on Cribs!!! Take a peek!
**PLEASE SIGN YOUR CHILD IN AND OUT ON OUR CLIP BOARDS**
Parents: Please make sure that you park in a parking spot
when dropping off and picking up your child. We ask that you
do not park in front of the center doors for the safety of
our families as well as leaving a lane for emergency vehicles.
Parents: When you use a vacation day please check our tuition
rate for the correct amount that will be owed for the days
of attendance. Many of you are dividing your current rate
by the number of days your child attends this is incorrect.
( the more days your child attends in a week the more of a
discount there is worked into your tuition rate.)
With the flu season heavily upon us many children are experiencing
fevers. We ask your assistance in not bringing back a sick
child who has been medicated with a fever reducer. This only
subjects the rest of the center to the illness. Remember we
have a 24 hour fever free rule. Your cooperation is greatly
needed and appreciated.
We will have a Taco lunch, on Friday, February 3rd to celebrate
the Super Bowl. Families are asked to sign up for a dish for
their child's room. Show your spirit and wear your favorite
football jersey/hat or football apparel. Special Tailgate
games and activities are planned. It will be a fun and exciting
day!
Love Grams can be sent to your child on Tuesday, February
14th. They are available on the parent shelf by the entry
door!
Be my Valentine!! On Tuesday, February 14th we will have
a "Valentine Pizza Party. The cost is $3.Your child is
welcome to bring Valentines for their friends. To make it
easier in passing them out, please only have your child sign
their name. Treats are welcome too! If you would like to bring
a special treat to pass at our Valentine lunch, you are more
than welcome to!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD HAS A CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN THEIR
BOX. (A few extra if your child is potty training.)Also, bring
in snow pants, mittens, hats and boots for your child with
their names on them. Children go outside if the temperature
is Approx. 32 degrees including wind chill factor. If your
child isn't well enough to go out, they should not be at the
center.***Please make sure your child has shoes for inside/boots
cannot be worn all day.
If your child will not be arriving to school on their scheduled
day. Please call us by 10 a.m.
Parents: Please save all of your receipts. We do not give
end of year tax forms.
Remember that tuition is due on your child's first day of
attendance each week. A late fee will be added to your tuition
if payment is not received. This must be paid before your
child can remain at the center.
Please allow extra time to pick up your child, as traffic
may be slow during these winter months. As you know, we close
promptly at 6:00 p.m. Our late charge is $1 per child per
minute if pick up is after 6p.m. WE WISH YOU A HAPPY VALENTINE'S
DAY!!!
